Exclusively curated workshops designed for students and young professionals. Going beyond syllabus. Preparing for real life.
Industry reports keep flagging soft skills — problem-solving, teamwork, critical thinking, communication — as what fresher hiring needs most. Students and young professionals often enter their first role prepared academically, but underprepared for:
THE WORKPLACE EDGE™ — The First 90 Days: How do I enter the workplace well? helps students move from knowing what the workplace expects to practising the behaviours that make a difference from day one.
Participants build practical skills through experiential activities and guided reflection:
1
Build self-awareness, confidence and positive first impressions.
2
Understand workplace behaviour, etiquette and expectations.
3
Learn to act without constantly waiting for instructions.
4
Develop accountability, responsibility and a mindset of "I will make it happen."
This is where the journey begins. Students understand that their first job requires a change in behaviour, attitude, initiative and ownership — not merely technical knowledge.
